Your privacy is of great importance to Replayed. We therefore comply with all relevant privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we:

- Explicitly ask for your consent to process your personal data, where consent is required;
- Take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data on our behalf;
- Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data processed by us.
Your data is safe with us and we will always use it properly. In this privacy policy, we explain what we do with information we learn about you through the Replayed app.

Your Account
Certain parts of our app require you to register first. You will need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We will create an account that you can log into with that username and a self-chosen password.
For this we use your:
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- Gender;
- Date of birth;
- Nickname;
- Profile photo;
- IP address.
We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until you close your account. We store this information so that you do not have to re-enter it in the app, and so that we can contact you more easily if needed. You can update your information via your account at any time.
Sending Newsletters
We have a newsletter and you will only be added to the list of subscribers with your consent. In the newsletter you will find news, tips, and information about our products and services.
For this we use your:
- Email address;
- Gender;
- Nickname.
We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until you cancel your subscription. The newsletter is sent monthly by email. The content includes among other things:
- New features that have been added;
- Most popular tracks of the week/month;
- Featured user profile;
- Genre of the month;
- Tip: how to use the app optimally;
- Behind the scenes / development update;
- User count milestone;
- Upcoming updates / sneak peeks;
- Community highlight.
You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Taking Out a Subscription
You can take out a paid subscription in our Replayed app, for which we use your personal data to process the payment.
For this we use your:
- Email address;
- Payment details.
We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until you cancel your subscription. Certain customer data may be retained longer due to the statutory fiscal retention obligation.
Contact Form
With the contact form you can ask us questions or submit requests.
For this we use your:
- Email address;
- Nickname;
- IP address.
We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until we are certain that you are satisfied with our response and for three months thereafter.
Statistics and Profiling
We collect statistics about the use of our app, in which we may also view individual data. We use these statistics to improve our app. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you.
Of course, we will always respect your privacy. If you do not want this, you can inform us at any time. We have a legitimate interest in this. We retain this information for as long as your account is active.
Advertising
We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this:
- By email;
- Via social media.
You can object to this advertising at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also indicate this via your account.
App Store
Our Replayed app must be downloaded via the Apple or Google app store. We have no control over what these companies do with your personal information. Therefore, always read their privacy policies as well.
Advertisements
Our app displays general advertisements. We do not collect any personal data in connection with these, so we also do not know whether you like them.
Disclosure to Other Companies or Institutions
With the exception of the parties needed to provide the services mentioned above, we will under no circumstances share your personal data with other companies or institutions, unless we are legally required to do so (for example, if the police demand it in the case of a suspected crime).
Statistics
We collect statistics about the use of our app and we have access to the individual data. However, we only consult this data when necessary for a purpose set out in this policy.
Cookies
Our app uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information, so that you do not have to enter it repeatedly. They also allow us to see when you visit us again. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of our app may not function properly as a result.
We have made agreements with other companies that place cookies about the use of cookies. However, we do not have full control over what they do with the cookies themselves. Therefore, also read their privacy policies.
Security
The security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We continuously update our security measures and pay close attention to what could go wrong.
Child Safety
Replayed explicitly prohibits the creation, uploading, distribution, or promotion of content that facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This includes any material that depicts, encourages, or distributes sexual abuse of minors.
Such content will be removed immediately upon becoming aware of it. We report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities, including the Reporting Centre for Child Pornography (www.meldpunt.nl).

Child Safety Standards (Google Play)
As a social app on Google Play, Replayed complies with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy. This means our app meets the following requirements:
- We have published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE);
- We provide an in-app mechanism for users to report concerns;
- We address child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in accordance with our policies and applicable law;
- We comply with child safety legislation;
- We have designated a child safety contact person.
Published CSAE Standards
Replayed strictly prohibits any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming for sexual exploitation, sexual extortion of a child, child trafficking, or any other form of sexual exploitation of a child. Violations will result in immediate removal of content and reporting to the relevant authorities.
In-App Reporting
Users can report suspicious or harmful content directly within the app. Reports can be submitted via the in-app report function or by emailing info@replayed-info.com. All reports are handled confidentially and reviewed promptly.
Handling of CSAM
If we become aware of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform, we will remove it immediately and report it to the relevant authorities, including the Reporting Centre for Child Pornography (www.meldpunt.nl) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

Uw Account
Bepaalde onderdelen van onze app vereisen dat u zich eerst registreert. U dient informatie over uzelf te verstrekken en een gebruikersnaam te kiezen. Wij zullen een account aanmaken waarop u kunt inloggen met die gebruikersnaam en een zelfgekozen wachtwoord.
Hiervoor gebruiken wij uw:
- Telefoonnummer;
- E-mailadres;
- Geslacht;
- Geboortedatum;
- Gebruikersnaam;
- Profielfoto;
- IP-adres.
Wij doen dit op basis van uw toestemming. Wij bewaren deze informatie totdat u uw account sluit. Wij slaan deze informatie op zodat u deze niet opnieuw hoeft in te voeren in de app, en zodat wij indien nodig gemakkelijker contact met u kunnen opnemen. U kunt uw gegevens op elk moment bijwerken via uw account.
Nieuwsbrieven Versturen
Wij hebben een nieuwsbrief en u wordt alleen met uw toestemming toegevoegd aan de lijst van abonnees. In de nieuwsbrief vindt u nieuws, tips en informatie over onze producten en diensten.
Hiervoor gebruiken wij uw:
- E-mailadres;
- Geslacht;
- Gebruikersnaam.
Wij doen dit op basis van uw toestemming. Wij bewaren deze informatie totdat u uw abonnement opzegt. De nieuwsbrief wordt maandelijks per e-mail verzonden. De inhoud omvat onder andere:

U kunt uw nieuwsbriefabonnement op elk moment opzeggen. Elke nieuwsbrief bevat een uitschrijflink.
Een Abonnement Afsluiten
U kunt een betaald abonnement afsluiten in onze Replayed-app, waarvoor wij uw persoonsgegevens gebruiken om de betaling te verwerken.
Hiervoor gebruiken wij uw:
- E-mailadres;
- Betaalgegevens.
Wij doen dit op basis van uw toestemming. Wij bewaren deze informatie totdat u uw abonnement opzegt. Bepaalde klantgegevens kunnen langer worden bewaard vanwege de wettelijke fiscale bewaarplicht.

Met het contactformulier kunt u ons vragen stellen of verzoeken indienen.
Hiervoor gebruiken wij uw:

Wij doen dit op basis van uw toestemming. Wij bewaren deze informatie totdat wij zeker weten dat u tevreden bent met onze reactie en daarna gedurende drie maanden.
Statistieken en Profilering
Wij verzamelen statistieken over het gebruik van onze app, waarbij wij ook individuele gegevens kunnen bekijken. Wij gebruiken deze statistieken om onze app te verbeteren. Wij kunnen uw persoonsgegevens combineren om meer over u te weten te komen.
Uiteraard respecteren wij altijd uw privacy. Als u dit niet wilt, kunt u ons dit op elk moment laten weten. Wij hebben hier een gerechtvaardigd belang bij. Wij bewaren deze informatie zolang uw account actief is.
Reclame
Wij willen u graag advertenties sturen over aanbiedingen en nieuwe producten of diensten. Dit doen wij:

U kunt op elk moment bezwaar maken tegen deze reclame. Elke e-mail bevat een uitschrijflink. U kunt dit ook aangeven via uw account.
App Store
Onze Replayed-app moet worden gedownload via de Apple of Google app store. Wij hebben geen controle over wat deze bedrijven doen met uw persoonlijke informatie. Lees daarom ook hun privacybeleid.
Advertenties
Onze app toont algemene advertenties. Wij verzamelen hiervoor geen persoonsgegevens, dus wij weten ook niet of u ze leuk vindt.
Verstrekking aan Andere Bedrijven of Instellingen
Met uitzondering van de partijen die nodig zijn om de hierboven genoemde diensten te verlenen, zullen wij uw persoonsgegevens onder geen enkele omstandigheid delen met andere bedrijven of instellingen, tenzij wij daartoe wettelijk verplicht zijn (bijvoorbeeld als de politie dit eist in het geval van een vermoeden van een misdrijf).
Statistieken
Wij verzamelen statistieken over het gebruik van onze app en wij hebben toegang tot de individuele gegevens. Wij raadplegen deze gegevens echter alleen indien nodig voor een doel dat in dit beleid is vastgesteld.
Cookies
Onze app maakt gebruik van cookies. Cookies zijn kleine bestanden waarin wij informatie kunnen opslaan, zodat u deze niet steeds opnieuw hoeft in te voeren. Ze stellen ons ook in staat om te zien wanneer u ons opnieuw bezoekt. U kunt cookies uitschakelen via uw browserinstellingen, maar sommige onderdelen van onze app werken dan mogelijk niet goed.
Wij hebben afspraken gemaakt met andere bedrijven die cookies plaatsen over het gebruik van cookies. Wij hebben echter geen volledige controle over wat zij zelf met de cookies doen. Lees daarom ook hun privacybeleid.
Beveiliging
De beveiliging van persoonsgegevens is voor ons zeer belangrijk. Wij zorgen ervoor dat uw gegevens bij ons goed beveiligd zijn. Wij updaten onze beveiligingsmaatregelen continu en besteden veel aandacht aan wat er mis zou kunnen gaan.
Kinderveiligheid
Replayed verbiedt uitdrukkelijk het aanmaken, uploaden, verspreiden of promoten van content die seksueel misbruik of uitbuiting van kinderen (CSAE) faciliteert. Dit omvat materiaal dat seksueel misbruik van minderjarigen afbeeldt, aanmoedigt of verspreidt.
Dergelijke content wordt onmiddellijk verwijderd zodra wij hiervan op de hoogte worden gesteld. Bevestigde gevallen melden wij bij de relevante autoriteiten, waaronder het Meldpunt Kinderporno (www.meldpunt.nl).
Gebruikers kunnen verdachte content melden via info@replayed-info.com.
Kinderveiligheidsnormen (Google Play)
Als sociale app op Google Play voldoet Replayed aan het Beleid voor Kinderveiligheidsnormen van Google Play. Dit betekent dat onze app aan de volgende vereisten voldoet:
- Wij hebben normen gepubliceerd tegen seksueel misbruik en uitbuiting van kinderen (CSAE);
- Wij bieden een in-app mechanisme voor gebruikers om zorgen te melden;
- Wij pakken materiaal met seksueel misbruik van kinderen (CSAM) aan in overeenstemming met ons beleid en de toepasselijke wetgeving;
- Wij voldoen aan de kinderveiligheidswetgeving;
- Wij hebben een aangewezen contactpersoon voor kinderveiligheid.
Gepubliceerde CSAE-normen
Replayed verbiedt nadrukkelijk elke content of elk gedrag dat kinderen seksueel uitbuit, misbruikt of in gevaar brengt. Dit omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot, grooming voor seksuele uitbuiting, seksuele chantage van een kind, kinderhandel of enige andere vorm van seksuele uitbuiting van een kind. Overtredingen leiden tot onmiddellijke verwijdering van content en melding bij de relevante autoriteiten.
In-App Melden
Gebruikers kunnen verdachte of schadelijke content rechtstreeks in de app melden. Meldingen kunnen worden ingediend via de in-app meldingsfunctie of door een e-mail te sturen naar info@replayed-info.com. Alle meldingen worden vertrouwelijk behandeld en snel beoordeeld.
Aanpak van CSAM
Als wij op de hoogte raken van materiaal met seksueel misbruik van kinderen (CSAM) op ons platform, zullen wij dit onmiddellijk verwijderen en melden bij de relevante autoriteiten, waaronder het Meldpunt Kinderporno (www.meldpunt.nl) en het National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) waar van toepassing.

Wijzigingen in Dit Privacybeleid
Wanneer onze app verandert, zullen wij dit privacybeleid uiteraard ook moeten bijwerken. Controleer altijd de datum hierboven en controleer regelmatig op nieuwe versies. Wij zullen ons best doen u op de hoogte te stellen van eventuele wijzigingen.
Uw Rechten
Als u vragen heeft of wilt weten welke persoonsgegevens wij over u bewaren, kunt u altijd contact met ons opnemen. Zie de contactgegevens hieronder. U heeft de volgende rechten:

- Persoonsgegevens over te laten dragen aan een andere partij;
- Uw toestemming in te trekken;
- Een bepaalde verwerkingsactiviteit te beperken;
- Bezwaar te maken tegen een bepaald gebruik.
Vermeld altijd duidelijk wie u bent, zodat wij zeker weten dat wij geen gegevens van de verkeerde persoon wijzigen of verwijderen.
In principe zullen wij aan uw verzoek voldoen binnen één maand. Deze termijn kan echter worden verlengd om redenen die verband houden met de specifieke rechten van betrokkenen of de complexiteit van het verzoek. Als wij deze termijn verlengen, zullen wij u tijdig informeren.
Een Klacht Indienen
Als u een klacht wilt indienen over het gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens, kunt u een e-mail sturen naar info@replayed-info.com. Wij behandelen elke klacht intern en communiceren verder met u. Als u het gevoel heeft dat wij u niet op de juiste manier helpen, heeft u het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de toezichthoudende autoriteit. Dit is de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
